These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of ADVANTA. By creating an account or using ADVANTA, you agree to these Terms.
1. The ADVANTA Service
ADVANTA provides software tools for Google Ads monitoring, diagnostics, reporting, alerts, recommendations, and related advertising-performance analysis.
ADVANTA may change, improve, add, or remove features over time.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate account information and maintaining the security of your ADVANTA account credentials.
You are responsible for all activity performed through your account unless caused by ADVANTA's own unauthorized actions.
3. Google Ads Connections
ADVANTA allows you to connect Google Ads accounts using Google OAuth. You must have the necessary authorization to connect and access any Google Ads account you add to ADVANTA.
You remain responsible for your Google Ads accounts, campaigns, budgets, advertising decisions, and compliance with Google's terms and policies.
4. Recommendations and Analytics
ADVANTA may provide diagnostics, recommendations, estimates, alerts, forecasts, or other informational outputs based on advertising data.
These outputs are provided for informational purposes and are not guarantees of advertising performance, revenue, profitability, conversions, return on ad spend, or other business results.
You are responsible for reviewing information provided by ADVANTA and deciding whether to act on it.
5. Subscriptions and Billing
Certain ADVANTA features require a paid subscription or other paid plan.
Recurring subscriptions are billed according to the billing interval selected at purchase unless canceled in accordance with the applicable subscription terms.
One-time or lifetime purchases, where offered, are charged once and are subject to the terms displayed at the time of purchase.
Payments are processed through Stripe. You authorize Stripe and ADVANTA to process applicable charges for the plan you select.
6. Cancellations
You may cancel a recurring subscription through the available billing-management tools. Unless otherwise stated at purchase, cancellation prevents future renewal and does not automatically refund amounts already paid.
7. Refunds
Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis unless otherwise required by applicable law.

8. Acceptable Use
You may not use ADVANTA to violate applicable law, access advertising accounts without authorization, interfere with the service, attempt to bypass security controls, distribute malware, abuse APIs, or use the service in a manner that could harm ADVANTA or other users.
9. Intellectual Property
ADVANTA and its software, design, branding, interfaces, and original content are owned by ADVANTA or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of ADVANTA software or intellectual property to you.
10. Third-Party Services
ADVANTA relies on third-party services including Google Ads, Google OAuth, Stripe, hosting providers, database providers, and other infrastructure services.
Your use of third-party services may also be subject to those providers' terms, policies, and availability.
11. Service Availability
We aim to keep ADVANTA available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Maintenance, third-party outages, software errors, or other events may temporarily affect availability.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ADVANTA is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
ADVANTA does not guarantee specific advertising, financial, or business outcomes.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ADVANTA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, advertising opportunities, data, or business interruption resulting from use of or inability to use the service.
14. Account Suspension or Termination
ADVANTA may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse, security threats, nonpayment, violations of these Terms, or legal requirements.
You may stop using ADVANTA at any time.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as ADVANTA evolves. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
