1. Information We Collect
We may collect information you provide directly to us, including your email address, account information, business information, subscription information, and customer support communications.
When you connect a Google Ads account, ADVANTA may access Google Ads information you authorize through Google OAuth, including account identifiers, campaign information, budgets, advertising performance metrics, conversion information, and related Google Ads data needed to provide ADVANTA features.
2. How We Use Information
ADVANTA may use information to authenticate users, operate and improve the service, display advertising performance information, provide diagnostics, generate recommendations, provide alerts and reports, manage subscriptions, provide customer support, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Google User Data
ADVANTA uses Google OAuth so users can securely authorize access to their Google Ads accounts. ADVANTA does not ask for or receive your Google password.
Google Ads data is accessed only after you authorize ADVANTA and is used to provide requested product functionality such as account monitoring, diagnostics, alerts, reporting, and recommendations.
ADVANTA's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
4. Google OAuth Credentials
ADVANTA may securely store OAuth credentials or refresh tokens required to maintain an authorized Google Ads connection. These credentials are used only for accessing Google Ads information you have authorized ADVANTA to access.
You may disconnect a Google Ads account through ADVANTA's Connected Accounts section. You may also revoke ADVANTA's authorization through your Google Account permissions.
5. Sharing of Information
ADVANTA does not sell your personal information or Google Ads data.
We may share information with service providers that help operate ADVANTA, including hosting, database, authentication, payment processing, email, security, and infrastructure providers, only as reasonably necessary for those providers to perform services for ADVANTA.
We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect users, ADVANTA, or others from fraud, abuse, security threats, or unlawful activity.
6. Payments
Payments and subscription billing are processed by Stripe. ADVANTA does not directly store complete payment-card information. Stripe processes payment information according to its own privacy practices.
7. Data Storage and Security
ADVANTA uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including authenticated access, access controls, and protection of sensitive credentials.
No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.
8. Data Retention
ADVANTA retains information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, maintain account and billing records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service.
When a Google Ads connection is removed, ADVANTA will stop using the associated authorization credentials to access that account. Certain records may be retained where reasonably necessary for legal, security, billing, or operational purposes.
9. Account and Data Deletion
You may request deletion of your ADVANTA account and associated personal information by contacting us. Certain information may be retained where required by law or reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, security, billing, or dispute resolution.
10. Children's Privacy
ADVANTA is intended for businesses and advertising professionals and is not designed for children under the age of 13.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as ADVANTA changes. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
